TechnicalSpecificationofAutomobileWireHarness

1　　SCOPE

Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirements,testmethods,inspectionrules,marking,packaging,storingandcaretakingofautomobilewireharness(hereinafterreferredtoas“wireharness”).

Thisstandardappliestoalltypesofvehicleusewireharnesses(singlewireincluded)withnominalvoltageoflessthan60V.

3术语和定义

本标准采用下列及QC/T.1—中的定义。

3.1

干线mainstem

电线朿屮两根或两根以上电线包扎在一起的部分，如图1所示。

3.2

支线lateral

电线束中电线的末端没冇包扎的部分或单根电线，如图1所示。

3.3

分支点embranchmentpoint

电线束中干线与干线或干线与支线中心线的交点，如图1所示。

3.4

接点juncture

电线与电线的连接点，如图I所示。

护套housing

用于安装端子，对端子起固定、绝缘、防护的部件或组合部件。

3.7

保护管protectionsleeve

用于对电线保护的非金属管状零件。如塑料管、波纹管、编织管等。

3.8

定位件clip

安装在电线束上，用于与车体或艿他对成部件同定的零件。

3.9

干区desiccationbound

安装在驾驶室、乘员室、行李舱内等部位的电线朿不耑做特殊防水防护处理的区域。

3.10

湿区dampbound

除千区以外，电线束需做特殊防水防护处理的区域。
